Our Touch-Up Maintenance Program has been working for our clients since 1989.

Here is how it works:
  • First, we will do a thorough walk through of the areas of concern in your building and provide you with a detailed list of what we find on your painted metal, including scratches, dings, dents, holes, mismatched colors, texture (paint brush or roller marks), and any other issues about your painted metal that makes your hallways and restrooms look less than perfect;
  • Then we will give you an itemized proposal so you will know exactly what it will cost to get every thing on your list into pristine condition;
  • We will work with you to prioritize and schedule the work so it will fit into your budget;
  • Once we have restored an area to it’s original sheen, color and texture,
  • Our proprietary Annual Touch-up Maintenance program will keep these areas looking as though they are freshly painted all the time, at half the cost of repainting, with absolutely NO Internal Air Quality issues.
